I have finally finally caught up with my blog feed! And I realized a lot of the bloggers I follow have been recommending bubble baths. Even my youtube subscriptions are uploading about how fantastic and soothing bubble baths can be!
I have never had a bubble bath as a grown up so I do not remember how soothing it can be, but as a child, I remember always begging for a bubble bath. My mom would only let me occasionally because I would tend to play with the bubbles rather than take an actual bath. And so, I mostly only remember bubble baths as being fun. I think it would be a great answer to a home-therapeutic session.... however, I do not favor bubble baths? I know I can not speak for most of it because I have not experienced at my age, but I can not help but feel dirty sitting in the same water. I also do not like being all wrinkled up and become prune-like from sitting in a bath for long. The idea of sitting in the tub is another dislike from me. Perhaps if I was presented with a brand new crystal shiny bath tub, then I will enjoy it.
So that is my verdict. Funny enough and probably hypocritical enough, I have a bubble bath set that I purchased from Bath & Body Works. The smell is so pleasant. And although I have not used it yet, the display is nice.
